                    旋膜式除氧器對鍋爐水進(jìn)行除氧的工作流程是怎么樣的呢？待處理的水由除氧泵輸送至引射器，水以一定流速通過引射器時(shí)，形成一定的負(fù)壓，將無氧氣體吸入。水與無氧氣體在混合管中充分混合，然后進(jìn)入解析器，水中溶解的氧在解析系統(tǒng)中擴(kuò)散到無氧氣體中。帶氧氣體自除氧器頂部進(jìn)入氣水分離器，經(jīng)氣水分離器脫水后進(jìn)入換熱器升溫至60~80℃左右，進(jìn)入加熱器，然后進(jìn)入反應(yīng)器，與反應(yīng)器中的還原劑反應(yīng)后重新成為無氧氣體，再進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)，從而達(dá)到連續(xù)工作的除氧目的。
